Isabella Porras is a graduate of the Bachelor of Photography at the Queensland College of Art, Griffith University (2021). With a major in Documentary Photography, Porras’ work has explored Australian identity, migration and melancholy through an intimate lens. Using a collaborative approach to photography, she works closely with her subjects to give them agency and power over their image. Porras aims to develop her practice and skills as a documentary photographer, with a focus on long-form narrative storytelling.
