Jessica Bain is a multidisciplinary artist from Brooklyn, New York, whose work spans writing, dance, and audiovisual storytelling. Influenced by the dynamic energy of New York City and deeply enriched by her Belizean and Grenadian heritage, her practice weaves together memory, movement, and media to explore identity and the rich complexity of Black womanhood. She is currently focused on developing fiction and screenwriting projects that illuminate the inner worlds of Black women. Whether on the page or through performance, Jessica is dedicated to crafting stories that resonate deeply and reflect the cultural pulse of her city and beyond.
